However, we understand that misunderstandings and issues can arise, and in such cases, our Refund Policy is available for your reference.Our goal is to ensure a clear understanding of the financial relationship between our Experts and Customers regarding the services we provide. Therefore, we hold ourselves responsible for delivering the product in a timely manner and in accordance with the Customer's requirements as indicated in the Order. If any of the Expert's commitments regarding Order delivery are not met, the Customer is entitled to partial or full reimbursement under our Refund Policy.

The Website serves as a platform for Experts and Customers to engage in contracts and obtain services, and the Company is not a party to such agreements. We do not monitor transactions between Experts and Customers, but we offer a Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
We strive to be transparent with our policy, and refunds may be granted in certain situations. For instance, if an Expert has not yet been assigned, a full refund will be issued. In the case of late cancellation, the refund amount varies from 100% to 70% depending on the stage of the order process. If the work has already been completed, a Disputed Claim will be investigated, and the refund amount will be determined by our Quality Assurance department.If an order is completed after the initial deadline has passed, the Customer may be eligible for a partial refund. However, no refund can be granted if the late delivery is due to the Customer's failure to provide necessary information for order completion.In cases where a Customer disputes the quality of the work, the Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation, and the refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result. If a Customer accidentally places a duplicate order, they can request a full refund, provided an Expert has not yet been assigned. If two invoices are received for the same order, the Customer must contact us immediately, and a full refund will be processed for the extra charge.
To claim a refund based on the originality of the work, the Customer must provide a clear report from a reputable service with evidence.

There are certain situations in which you are not entitled to a refund

If you used the Product for personal purposes or as a part of another Order on the Website, you are entitled to at least 70% of the contract price. However, the amount may be adjusted based on the outcome of the Quality Assurance Department investigation.If you received a lower grade than expected, we do not offer refunds as we cannot guarantee high grades. Our Website is a learning platform that aims to improve your educational levels in cooperation with our Experts.If an editing or proofreading Order did not meet your expectations, we are not responsible for errors of contextual nature or instances of content originality problems in materials provided by you to the Expert. The Customer is not entitled to a refund if the Product delivery failed due to quality issues in an editing or proofreading order. Moreover, any attempt to choose editing/rewriting Orders as initial instructions and pressuring Experts to produce new content will be deemed as malicious acts.If the refund period of six months has passed since the transaction date, we cannot offer you a refund. Refunds are available within six months of the original transaction date and will be returned to the original payment method used for the initial purchase.

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is confirmed, the Company will process it within two business days. Please be aware that any Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays arising from any Bank service issues are not the responsibility of the Company.

Payments and Taxes

After receiving payment from the customer, we hold the payment and disburse it to the expert when the ordered product is ready. All parties are responsible for paying transaction fees associated with the delivery and consumption of services through our website. We charge experts a commission for our services, and their failure to pay the required fees will be considered a material breach of this policy.


Experts are paid for each confirmed product by the customer to their account on the platform, using our third-party payment services.


Payments made through our website are intended solely for the consumption and delivery of educational services between customers and experts and may not be used for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Authorship After a Refund:
If an order is canceled, the customer is prohibited from using the products that were provided before the cancellation. We retain full authorship of the products from the canceled order, and you will have no right to use them. Additionally, the product will be uploaded to repository services repositories and marked as 100% not original.

We will post changes or information about them on our website and notify you of major modifications by email or through our website. The most recent version of this policy will be maintained on the website.
